Our flavorful, savory birria tacos are made with your choice of ground wagyu beef or lamb, and topped with onion and cilantro. These tacos are served with a side of warm house-made consommé broth for dipping. This dish, which originated in the town of Cocula near Guadalajara, is traditionally made with chivo (goat), and is known in Mexico as a go-to resaca (hangover) dish. Available as tacos only.
Popular as a lunch dish in Northwestern Mexico, our corvina fish is beer-battered and lightly fried, topped with pickled onion, cilantro, and purple and green cabbage, and served with pico de gallo and chipotle aderezo salsa on the side. Available as tacos, burrito, burrito bowl, or salad.
