Daily Taco’s vision was very simple – serve amazing flavors, art, and culture from Western Mexico, specifically Guadalajara. Chef Barkha and her husband Jesse wanted to prepare and serve delicious made-from-scratch dishes, salsas, and desserts from Guadalajara as they got to enjoy it themselves as their friend, Marisol Rojas, introduced them a whole new world of flavors and techniques.
We are passionate about everything we serve using only the freshest ingredients in each salsa, sides, vegetables – each of the details are well thought out including sourcing freshly made tortilla from Torterilla El Sol by the Chairez brothers. Each of the recipes are made from the heart and crafted with pride from Marisol Roja’s family recipes and the food that she is fond about where she grew up. Marisol, native of Guadalajara, spent months teaching Chef Barkha and her team on the food that she thought needs to be introduced in the region.
